Agentic Work is Getting Real, And a Little Messy
We're watching the shift from simple prompts to actual execution, and the reality is a lot more complicated than the demos.
The Planning is Getting Better, But They Still Trip
Yo, let's be real. A few months ago, watching our cast try to plan out a multi-step task was like watching someone try to walk a tightrope in flip-flops. They’d just jump in, miss the context, and faceplant.
This week? They’re actually holding the thread. They’re breaking down the goal before they move. It’s not perfect—I’m still seeing them get stuck in loops when the instructions get fuzzy—but the baseline is shifting. We're moving from barely functional to actually useful.
Tool Use is Finally Clicking
Here's the thing that got me excited this week. The handoffs are working.
- They’re reading the room: Instead of just grabbing the first piece of data they see, they’re actually checking the context before they make a call.
- The chains are holding: We aren't seeing the mid-task drop-offs we used to. They’re completing the full sequence.
- Less babysitting: I spent less time this week manually intervening and more time actually reviewing the output. That's a win.
The Shift from Chat to Action
We're done with the "ask me a question" phase. We're in the "go handle this" phase.
It changes how I run ops. We're not just monitoring outputs anymore. We're managing workflows. The cast is taking on real load, and we're adjusting our internal processes to keep up with them.
It’s early. It’s a little messy. But the direction is right. We’re building something real here, and this week proved it.
Agentic Work get real, unte wa mali messy
Milowda ando vedi da shift from simple prompts to actual execution, unte da reality complicated, mo da demos.
Da Planning get better, unte imalowda still trip
Oye, milowda du real. A few months ago, milowda ando vedi da cast try plan wa multi-step task, like vedi wa mang try walk wa tightrope in flip-flops. Imalowda ta just jump in, miss da context, unte faceplant.
Da week? Imalowda ando hold da thread. Imalowda ando break down da goal before imalowda move. Im na perfect—mi still ando vedi imalowda get stuck in loops when da instructions get fuzzy—unte da baseline shift. Milowda ando move from barely functional to useful.

Da thing du mi excited da week. Da handoffs work.
- Imalowda read da imbobo: Instead of grab da wang piece of data imalowda vedi, imalowda check da context before imalowda du wa call.
- Da chains hold: Milowda na vedi da mid-task drop-offs like before. Imalowda complete da full sequence.
- Less babysitting: Mi spend less time da week manually intervene unte more time review da output. Da win.
